How to Submit a Return Request via Email
Instead of using the online form, you can send all the required information directly to our email. Please include all the following information in your email to ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible.
Order Information (Required)
- Name: Your full first name
- Surname: Your last name
- E-mail: Your email address (for communication)
- Phone: Your phone number
- Order Number: The unique order number from your purchase
- Order Date: When the order was placed (e.g., 15/12/2024)
Product Information (Required)
- Product Name: The complete name of the product you want to return
- Product Code: The product code (if available)
- Quantity: How many pieces you want to return
Reason for Return (Required)
Please select and describe the reason for return:
- Wrong Order: If you ordered the wrong product
- Received Wrong Product: If you received a different product than ordered
- Received Damaged: If the product arrived damaged
- Other - Write in Detail: For any other reason
Product Condition (Required)
- Product has been opened: Yes or No
Additional Details (Optional but recommended)
- Defective or other details: Detailed description of the problem or reason for return
- Photos: Attach photos of the product (if possible)
- Additional comments: Any other information you consider important
Important: Please ensure you include all required information in your email. Your request will be processed within 24-48 hours and you will receive a response with your Product Return Approval Number (P.R.A.N.).
